October 2023 – Community Pharmacy Smoking Cessation Service (SCS) Event
This event was held to support West Yorkshire pharmacies who are registered to provide the SCS and West Yorkshire pharmacies who haven’t signed up to the service but want to know more about the service before signing up via MYS. July 2022 – CPWY Connect Event: Emergency Hormonal Contraception (EHC)
This CPWY Connect Event provides a refresh around the supply of EHC. The event is relevant for anyone involved in supplying EHC whether this be through a commissioned EHC Service / PGD or selling EHC over-the-counter. The hour session is led by expert speakers, Dr Rebecca Straus and Dr Helen Padfield, who will provide a refresh on EHC linking to guidance and including learning from real examples.

June 2022 – CPWY Connect Event: Providing Clinical Services
The CPWY Connect Providing Clinical Services Event was held on 21st June 2022. Those who were able to attend the event told us that after hearing what was said they would think more about linking all relevant services together so that the patient was viewed holistically, and available income was maximised. Attendees also said that they now better understood the value of liaising more closely with GP practices about the services that community pharmacy provides.
