Sharing Success: Improving Access in General Practice Event
We were delighted to join colleagues from across West Yorkshire at the recent Primary Care Improving Access in General Practice Event, where the spotlight was firmly on partnership working. Our session focused on the growing impact of community pharmacy in improving access to care, and how closer collaboration between pharmacy teams and general practice is helping to strengthen primary care across the region. Local data and the Todmorden Group Practice Case Study helped show the difference our pharmacy teams make every day.
