Sharing Success – Farrow Medical Practice: Five Lane Ends PCN Family Event

In July, CPWY participated in the Family Event organised by Farrow Medical Practice, which focused on providing support to families and reaching underserved patients in the community.

The event attracted over 120 attendees, who benefited from consultations on various health topics, including blood pressure management, weight control, sexual health, and smoking cessation services.
