Sharing Success – Discharge Medicines Service (DMS)

In July 2025, we saw the highest number of NHSBSA claims for the DMS from community pharmacies in West Yorkshire.

Please ensure you are claiming for DMS via the MYS Portal. The claiming process was updated from July 2025, making it quicker and easier for pharmacies to claim – see here for further information.
