Sharing Success – Blood Pressure Awareness Events – Holt Park PCN & Woodsley PCN
The CPWY team recently took part in four community blood pressure check and awareness events hosted by Holt Park PCN & Woodsley PCN. Members of the public were offered free BP checks and information about the Community Pharmacy Hypertension Case‑Finding Service. The team also highlighted the Pharmacy First Service, helping raise awareness of the vital support pharmacies can offer.
A big thank you to both PCNs for welcoming us and allowing CPWY to be part of these events.
