Stoptober Campaign Toolkit Now Available
Stoptober, the annual 28-day quit event, is back with a new focus on quitting smoking together and an expanded range of campaign resources.
Each year, the Stoptober campaign is supported by a range of partners, including pharmacy teams. It offers a great opportunity to promote smoking cessation services and support.
The Living Well Stop Smoking Service in Bradford – Referral & Signposting Information for Bradford Pharmacies
Bradford Council wants to provide as many opportunities as possible for smokers to make a quit attempt and are aiming to increase the numbers of smokers contacting their Stop Smoking Service. Community pharmacy teams have always been a key part of local efforts to support people to stop smoking and the Council are encouraging pharmacies to refer smokers, (where consent is given), or signpost them to the Living Well Stop Smoking Service (if the pharmacy does not provide the Stop Smoking Level 2 Service themselves).
