THIS CONTENT HAS NOW EXPIRED

Friday 10th October 2025 is World Mental Health Day which is about raising awareness of mental health and driving positive change. It’s also a chance to talk about mental health, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to get help if you are struggling.

This year’s theme is ‘access to services – mental health in catastrophes and emergencies’. The theme highlights the importance of people being able to protect their mental health in times of global instability. A tip sheet can be found here to support this theme and managing overwhelm during global events and news.

Take a look at the Wellbeing page on our website here for resources for those working in West Yorkshire. You can also get involved in showing your support and to find tips for talking about mental health here.
