Know Your Numbers! Week – Please Get Involved This Week

Know Your Numbers! Week is taking place this week (2^nd – 8^th September 2024).  This is an annual campaign aimed to reach those who have high blood pressure and don’t know it, so they can get the treatment and support they need to bring it under control.

If you provide the Hypertension Case-Finding Service, this is a great opportunity to bring awareness to the campaign next week and carry out BP checks!  Please see the document below for further information on the campaign and resources your team can use to support it and promote to patients.
