PSNC Judicial Review Appeal Update

The following should be sent to the Area Team:

  • ETP Allowance Claims.  These can be sent either by post or email.
  • Smartcard Applications.  Original forms must be sent by post.  Emailed, faxed or scanned forms are not accepted.
  • Off site / telephone MUR requests
  • CPPQ Outcomes Report.  This should be sent annually, either by post or email.
  • Complaints Return.  This should be returned annually.

 

Controlled Drug Accountable Officer – West Yorkshire

The CD Accountable Officer is Gazala Khan.  All administration of the CD Accountable Officer (CDAO) function within NHS England Yorkshire and the Humber is being undertaken by a central CDAO team based in Leeds.  The team can be contacted in relation to:

  • Incidents
  • CD destruction requests
  • Alerts relating to lost, stolen and fraudulent prescriptions
  • All queries relating to controlled drugs
The team should be contacted via the central mailbox: england.yhcdao@nhs.net
 
In the event of a serious CD incident or concern please contact the CDAO office on 0113 825 3300.
 
Any clinical support required in relation to requests and questions will be allocated by the CDAO office.

Pre-Registration Claims

All pre-registrations training grant claims need to be sent to the NHS England Local Area Team for authorisation (contact details can be found below).  Once authorised, the Local Area Team will instruct Primary Care Support England to pay claims via standardised monthly schedules.

Primary Care Support Services Online Portal

A new online portal for ordering and tracking supplies from Primary Care Support England (PCSE) will launch on Tuesday 8th March 2016.

The portal will replace the current contacts and channels you use for ordering your PCSE supplies including pre-printed forms, Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) tokens and other NHS stationery.

You will need to register your pharmacy on the portal at http://pcse.england.nhs.uk/register/.  Each pharmacy should nominate a ‘Main Contact’ who will be able to set up, delete and assign portal access for any other users in the pharmacy.  You will need your pharmacy's unique identifier to be able to register.  This can be found on the letter sent to pharmacies by Primary Care Support England in February.  If you are unable to find this letter please contact PCSE.enquiries@nhs.net - 0333 014 2884.  Further information on registering your pharmacy is available on the PCSE Portal Registering Flyer.
