Leeds Needle Syringe Programme

From 1st April 2014 PharmOutcomes is used to record activity and to capture data for the claims for the service.  In order to input the information onto PharmOutcomes pharmacies must ensure that the What Works forms are fully completed.

Intro to PharmOutcomes

The Leeds Pharmacy Needle Syringe Service was commissioned on a 3 year contract on 1st April 2016 following a tendering process.

 

Forward Leeds

Alcohol and Drug Services in Leeds are changing from 1st July 2015.  DISC, Barca Leeds, St Anne’s Community Services, St Martin’s Healthcare Service and Leeds and York Partnership Foundation Trust will work jointly under the banner of Forward Leeds to deliver a more accessible, integrated service to support adults and young people across the city.

The Service will operate from 4 main centres in the city:

  • Irford House, Seacroft Crescent, LS14 6PA (Behind Tesco’s)
  • Armley Park Court, 9 Stanningley Road, LS12 2AE (Opposite Tesco Express)
  • 74 Kirkgate, LS2 7DJ (around the corner from the Corn Exchange)
  • The Young Person’s Centre @ The Market Place, 8-18 New Market Street, LS1 6DG
  • Foward Leeds will also work from various health premises across the city.

Centre Opening Hours are: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
