UNLICENSED MEDICINES CERTIFICATES OF CONFORMITY / CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS

Following discussions between the West Yorkshire CCGs and NHS England (West Yorkshire Area Team), it has been agreed that the Area Team no longer wish to receive Certificates Of Conformity from West Yorkshire pharmacies.
