The updated 2019 Virtual Outcomes flu online engagement training is now available to access. 

Course Objectives:

  • To be to identify flu symptoms in adults and children
  • To understand how you can prevent people catching flu
  • To explain the different vaccines and who they should be used for
  • To understand which of your customers are at greater risk if they catch flu
  • To give ideas of displays you can build and where you get the resources to support the campaign
