e-Learning: Type 2 Diabetes

 

Community Pharmacy West Yorkshire are working with Virtual Outcomes to deliver a series of free online training events and are open to all members of the pharmacy team.

 

The topic for the month of June is Type 2 Diabetes!  

Aims of this online training topic include: 

  • To understand what diabetes is, what the risk factors are and how you can help customers reduce their risk
  • To be able to identify the key warning symptoms of Type 2 diabetes
  • To understand the complications caused by diabetes
  • To give a list of resources where you can get leaflets
